The Miami University men's ice hockey team played perfectly on the penalty kill and won its fourth consecutive road game against a ranked opponent.

The currently unused property containing the old Wal-Mart building on Locust Street may be housing new tenants, pending an agreement between Wal-Mart, the property's owner and a Dublin, Ohio-based construction company.
Oxford Economic Director Alan Kyger said that though Wal-Mart has moved its business to the College Corner Pike location, the company has a lease on its former property until 2019.

Kyle Thompson hated Northern Kentucky University - until he met Danny Miller.
In summer 2007, Thompson was working at the Party Source in Newport as a cashier. Miller came through the line and Thompson saw his NKU ID. He asked Miller if he was a professor.
